Return/ Replacement Policy

Return

Return is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the Gupta Watch website.

Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with the product or if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from the package.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Replacement

Replacement is the action or process of replacing a product with another if the buyer is not satisfied due to valid reasons such as:

Buyer is asked for "Reason for Return/Replacement". Among others, the following are the leading reasons:

  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged during shipping
  • Product was missing from the package
  • Wrong item was sent by the seller
  • Size mismatch issue (if applicable)
  • Customer not satisfied with the product

Return may also result in a refund in some cases after the return request is reviewed and approved by the seller.

Points to be noted:

  • Seller can always accept the return/replacement irrespective of the policy.
  • Buyers are encouraged to review product listings carefully before making a purchase decision.
  • Buyers need to raise the return/replacement request within the applicable return period along with photographs of the parcel box and product received.
  • Once the product is received at our warehouse and verified, replacement or refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

Return Acceptance Conditions

Customers can conveniently place their return request online by raising an issue in their Gupta Watch account, calling our support team, or emailing us.

  • For wrong product, size exchange, damaged or defective items, the return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery along with photographs of the parcel box and product received.
  • If the package appears tampered or damaged, customers should inform us within 2 days of delivery.
  • In case the product is damaged after opening the package, the return request should be raised within 2 days of delivery along with photographs

After the return request is approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup of the product from the customer’s address.

Important Points to Remember

  • Products must be returned in unused and original condition
  • All original packaging including box, labels, warranty card, invoice, freebies, and accessories must be returned.
  • If multiple products are ordered and only one product is damaged, only the damaged product will be replaced or refunded.
  • Replacement is subject to product availability in stock.
  • If the replacement product is not available, the customer will receive a full refund.

Return / Replacement Non-Acceptance Conditions

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Return request raised after the specified return window.
  • Product used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Original packaging, accessories, tags, or invoice missing.
  • Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be claimed directly with the manufacturer.

Gupta Watch Replacement Guarantee

If a product received by the customer is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement will be shipped at the earliest. If replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

Gupta Watch reserves the right to cancel a return request in case of fraudulent or unjustified complaints.

Return Process

  • Customer informs Gupta Watch by visiting the website or contacting customer support.
  • Our team verifies the claim within 72 business hours.
  • Once approved, our courier partner collects the product.
  • The customer must pack the product in its original packaging.
  • Refund or replacement is initiated after product verification

Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellation

Customers can cancel the order by logging into their Gupta Watch account before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, customers may refuse the order at the time of delivery, and the refund will be processed after the product is returned to us.

Other cancellations

Gupta Watch reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances including:

  • Non-availability of the product
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Courier service issues in delivery location
  • Any reason beyond the control of Gupta Watch
